We are currently seeking a Director of Operations.

Requirements
Must have the resolve to attain goals and objectives. This individual
should have a background and experience in all facets of mechanical
and electrical engineering, must have 7 to 10 years of electrical experience,
reading and interpreting blue prints as they apply to the company, shipping
and receiving, quality control, training and maintenance manuals, estimating
and manufacturing and/or refurbishing of Phoenix Equipment. Knowledge
must include the reading and interpreting of blue prints, reading and
understanding FedEx Scope of Work, research and analyze FedEx design
proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility,
cost and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. Must have the
ability to work accurately and consistently, and have time management skills
to ensure that all projects are completed on time. This position requires a
self-starting individual to focus their efforts and that of others on the initiation
and implementation of quality assurance, inventory control, purchasing,
shipping/receiving, manufacturing, engineering, job bidding and drawings in
order to establish and maintain guidelines for standards of performance. It is
essential that the Director of Operations be able to hire and fire employees and
possess strong interpersonal skills and strong customer relation skills. Must be
able to produce and promote quality work and a safe working environment. This
