Warehouse Manager
Job Description
The basic function of the Warehouse Manager is to provide assistance to the Director of Operations for shipping, receiving and warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring that the warehouse and the yard are kept tidy at all times and that all isles and areas are free and clear of product. This individual is responsible for knowledge of Quality Control procedures and be able to spot errors that can cause major problems in the installation of equipment. The Warehouse
Manager is responsible to receive and accurately count and accurately describe conveyor equipment coming in from dismantles. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for taking pictures of all incoming and outgoing loads. This individual will assist in installation and dismantle of equipment when necessary. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring all trucks are loaded/unloaded in less than two (2) hours.

Required Skills
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Management is preferred. S/he should be willing to attend additional training to upgrade her/his education and/or sharpen any skill deficiencies. Experience: A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training as a Warehouse Manager in a related business. License/Certification: Drivers license, Class A would be a plus. Skills/Knowledge: Must have a good mechanical and structural aptitude. Excellent communication skills and ability
to handle multiple tasks. Must be able to receive and carry out directions and pay attention to detail. S/he must be able to operate warehousing equipment. Computer software knowledge required in MS Word, MS Excel, and the company's in-house computer system and ERP and general internet software. Some travel may be required.
