RiteWay Machining Company Profile
RiteWay Machining, LLC (a division of RiteWay Manufacturing, Inc.) was formed on May 15, 2009 to provide full-service, close-tolerance contract machining of castings, extrusions, billet, etc. Prototype to production runs, horizontal and vertical CNC, Lathe, Welding, Assembly, and CMM Inspection. Tier 1 and Tier 2 Supplies, VMI, Replenishment Pull, Kanban, Customer Inventory Management. The diverse machining equipment at our facility accommodates versatility and allows the plant to operate self sufficiently.

CNC Machining of Castings, Extrusions, Billet, etc.
We provide the machining of castings, extrusions, billets, etc. to several customers through our Sebeka, Minnesota plant.

Production to Prototype Runs
We provide assistance with the prototyping of any new products customers may want, from design to build. After the prototypes are approved, we will do the production runs for you.

Replenishment Pull
In areplenishment pull system, we intentionally maintain inventories of each type of finished product and only when the inventory od a certain finished product falls below a certain level a replenishment order is issued to produce more of the product. This is a huge benefit to you.

Pullies/Rollers
With the new machine and fabrication shop we can now manufacture all sorts of pullies from crowned to lagged.

Customer Inventory Management
We can maintain inventory for certain customers in order to provide 24 hour ship times.

Fixture Building
We will build any type of fixture for any type of customer. This guarantees that the product will be manufactured consistently each time to meet quality standards.
